The 2019 Blanc de Blancs vintage is a wine where purity and energy take centre stage. In the glass it shows a bright golden colour with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is immediately appealing with aromas of yellow apples, peach and citrus**, followed by notes of freshly baked bread, white chocolate and a subtle chalky minerality.
